Tiffany is a seventh grader who appeared in The Magic School Bus At the Waterworks and its episode adaptation, The Magic School Bus episode "Wet All Over". In the episode, she inadvertently freed the Frizzle class from the girls' restroom when it had flooded. She is voiced by Shannon Duff, who also voiced the first caller later in the episode.

Tiffany wears a pink turtleneck (TV) or yellow (books), a green blazer (TV) or blue blazer (books), an orange pleated skirt (red in books), light purple knee socks (white in books) and brown loafers.

- With The Magic School Bus At the Waterworks mentioning that she’s in seventh grade, Walkerville Elementary is revealed to be a kindergarten-eighth grade (K-8) primary school, despite being called an elementary school.
- The modern design of Dorothy Ann may reference her. Both versions of Tiffany and Dorothy Ann's modern design are blonde and have a blazer in their outfits.
- In the 90's series, her nose shape does not include nostrils, a trait that carries over into the Frizzle class for the two Rides Again art styles.
- It might be implied that she has a crush on Arnold; as at the end of Wet All Over, after he helped her up, they briefly held hands which caused her cheeks to blush.
