The Magic School Bus: Human Body is an anthology of three episodes about the human body. It released on DVD in Region 1 in 2005 alongside The Magic School Bus Catches a Wave, and was rereleased to the same format in the same region in 2012. It contains two episodes from the original Season 1, and one from the original Season 2. On version 2, there is a bonus episode from the original Season 3.
The 2005 original version was one of the last Region 1 DVDs and videos overall to be distributed by Warner Home Video/KidVision.
The 2005 version, along with its partner, mark the final overall appearances and uses of The Magic School Bus funding credits.

- This is one of the most popular and most rereleased original series compilations.
- The print of "Flexes Its Muscles" used on this DVD is the remastered version, while the two Season 1 episodes ("For Lunch" and "Inside Ralphie") use transfers of the 1995 VHS versions.
- All three non-bonus episodes of this DVD premiered in the month of September.
- A limited-edition of the 2012 issue came with a copy of The Magic School Bus: The Search for the Missing Bones.

- These were the final MSB DVDs released by Warner Home Media.
