The Brain is an optional level of Arnold's body in Explores the Human Body.
Bus activities[]
Front of the Bus[]
- The bus enters Arnold's brain through the nervous system, and drives around on top of the cerebral cortex. It is the only location in the game that can only be travelled to and back via the nervous system. The player can view both the left and right hemispheres of the brain. A book floating around with the title "Memories" (representing the hippocampus) can be clicked, which activates an animation showcasing some of Arnold's memories, such as riding a tricycle and a birthday party. A picture of two heads can also turn into a vase of flowers when clicked. A music note floats around as well, playing a song when clicked, representing the auditory cortex.
- In the mini-game, Arnold sits on a stool while the player gains access to his brain. Activating the colored areas of Arnold's brain will stimulate them and let him perform various actions, such as scratching his shoulder, reading a book, and jumping out of his seat.
Back of the Bus[]
- The player can read various reports by other students, and also play on Tim's SPLAT! Backpack.
- In Ralphie's handheld game, a mini-game called Crossed Wires becomes accessible, where the player needs to match adjacent pictures together to uncross several wires.
- Carlos, Keesha, and Phoebe can leave the bus and explore the Brain. Keesha and Carlos explore the left hemisphere, while Phoebe stays on the right hemisphere. When clicked, each of them will touch the brain to access one of Arnold's memories. These memories include math equations, a tight rope act, an opera show, and a drawing of an elephant. Occasionally, Carlos will get shocked by the electricity emitted by the brain. He'll also state that the brain can do more than any computer ever made. Phoebe will wonder if they're standing on Arnold's cerebral cortex.
