The episode where Ralphie builds a robot, Ms. Frizzle's friend, RU Humerous says to her "Long time, no see Valerie" or when the class meets Molly Cule, Molly calls Ms. Frizzle "Val-Gal" with Val meaning Valerie.
Fourth Grade?[]
Where is there any source of information that she is a fourth grade teacher? I've found on other sources she teaches third grade and that her student Dorothy Ann celebrated her 9th birthday in "Sees Stars", therefore she would be teaching third grade where the students in that grade would be ages 8 – 9. They're in fourth grade because by The Magic School Bus Rides Again, they're in Grade 5, so it makes sense that The Friz would be a 4th grade teacher, it has to. Jared.robinson.77 (talk) 11:30, October 6, 2017 (UTC)
- Sorry to say this, but there needs to be more sources to prove whether or not the original TV series takes place in third or fourth grade, and whether or not the re-boot takes place either in fourth or fifth grade or just second semester of the same school year compared to the original TV series.
