The Magic School Bus Rides Again: Season One are the third and fourth American DVDs of The Magic School Bus Rides Again. They were released to Region 1 DVDs on August 6, 2021. They are preceded by The Magic School Bus Rides Again: All About Earth! and followed by The Magic School Bus Rides Again: Season Two.
They released in 2021, the year in which The Magic School Bus media franchise had its 35th anniversary.
Like their name implies, these discs feature all thirteen episodes of the first season. As always with the previous four season sets, disc one features the first six episodes, while disc two includes the remaining seven.
They released on July 6, 2021[1], a day before the first anniversary of the release of Blast Off!.

- Instead of reading “Scholastic”, the Bus’s overhead sign reads “OVER 5 HOURS!”.
- The Bus’s headlights return on the R1 DVD covers.
- The cover art is based on DA and the Deep Blue Sea.
- This is the first RA region 1 DVD cover art whose reverse cover is not a screenshot of an episode. Instead, it features the Bus.
- Like The Complete Series, these discs were released during an anniversary of The Magic School Bus at the Waterworks.
- These discs were copyrighted in 2021, the year it came out in stores. This is unlike the previous two Rides Again Region 1 DVDs, which were copyrighted in 2017 (the year the series released).
- Like All About Earth, the discs do not have the option to watch the Spanish dub, but they still have closed-captions.
