Mrs. Hudson is Dorothy Ann's mother. She appears in "In the Haunted House", "Going Batty", "Out of This World", "Rocks and Rolls", and "The Tales Glaciers Tell." Her only speaking appearance was in "Out of This World," where she was voiced by Swoosie Kurtz.

Physical appearance[]
In The Magic School Bus, she appears very similar to Dorothy Ann, with the same blonde hair and a very similar style, except she wears her hair in a ponytail (like Dorothy Ann's current design) instead of pigtails (like her design from this series and the books).
Since The Magic School Bus Rides Again, she now has her hair down to differentiate herself from DA, who has her hair in the same ponytail her mom's 90s design had.
Trivia[]
- Her MSB design bears a very strong resemblance to Linka from Captain Planet and the Planeteers, which fans have taken into account later for The Magic School Bus/Captain Planet theory.
