Mr. Perlstein, voiced by Elliott Gould, is Arnold's father. He appears in The Haunted House, Going Batty, Rocks and Rolls, Holiday Special, and Goes Cellular. It is revealed in Janet's Mystery Gene that his brother is Janet's dad.
