Molly Cule is a Walkervillian rock musician and a former member of the Frizzlettes, where she was one of Professor Frizzle's bandmates. She is known for her solo career, featuring songs such as "Down to the Very Last Bit," "Clean, Clean, Clean," and "Sugar and Water." She is voiced by Wynonna Judd and first appears in her titular episode.

- It could also be a reference to the band Mötley Crüe.
- Molly is the only guest star to not interact with the caller or Producer since she was performing a song. However, she breaks the fourth wall and winks to the viewer at end of the segment.
- She is modeled after country music singer Wynonna Judd, who voiced her as the episode's guest star.
