This alligator is the alligator Wanda's mother kept in her bathtub in the episode Under Construction for a research project on her kind. She is a dark teal alligator with darker teal rectangle-shaped scales on her body, a white throat, yellow eyes with I-shaped pupils, bright red saliva, and snapping jaws.
