Howard (portrayed by Danny Tamberelli) is a character in the live-action segments of "A Magic School Bus Halloween". Like his main-series counterpart, Arnold, he is often nervous and easily scared. He eventually faces his fears when, on a trip to the Museum of Natural History, he meets Professor Frizzle (under the alias Dauntless), and tells him and his friends tales that her class has overcome.
