Harold "Harry" Arm is a previous Frizzle student who appears in the third season of the original series. He was Amos Crawley’s next main role in the series after his time as Arnold.
Harry often bullies Arnold and tends to take his seat in the cafeteria, especially if Arnold is sitting next to Wanda. But Harry is very friendly to Arnold when he shows him things that remind Harry of his time in Mrs. Frizzle's class.

- Based on his voice and the fact that Walkerville is a K-8 school[1], he is possibly a seventh-grader or eighth-grader.
- He is the second student of another grade to appear in the series. The first was Tiffany.
- His name is a pun on “hairy arm,” yet the hair on his arms is never seen.
