Harold "Harry" Arm is a character who appears in the episodes, "In the Arctic" as himself and "Works Out" as Announcer. He is a teenager and former Frizzle student. He is voiced by Amos Crawley, Arnold's original voice actor.

- Based on his voice and the fact that Walkerville is a K-8 school[1], he is possibly a seventh-grader or eighth-grader.
- He is the second student of another grade to appear in the series. The first was Tiffany.
- His name is a pun on the word "Hairy arm".
