The 1990s (shortened to the 90s, like most 20th century decades) was the tenth and final decade in the 20th century. It began in 1990 and ended in 1999.
On September 10, 1994, The Magic School Bus aired its first episode in English on PBS stations in the United States. It continued airing new episodes on PBS until 1997, and in 1998, it started rerunning older ones. From 1999 to 2000, the show moved to FOX Kids and later to the former Qubo in 2009. On September 29, 2017, it was succeeded by The Magic School Bus Rides Again.
The majority of the books in the classic book series were released in English in the United States in the 1990s, from Lost in the Solar System up to Explores the Senses.
