Annie Guglia is a supporting character in the episode Goldstealer, serving as a field agent for the MI5 and a former student of the Frizzle class. She helps Carlos, Wanda, and Tim return to their normal size after the Porta-Shrinker breaks in a skate park in Japan, whilst sending tips to help Keesha speed up on her bike in her chase with the goldstealer. She also hosts the episode's producer segment.
She is voiced by and based on professional Canadian skateboarder, Annie Guglia.

- She is the fourth guest-star character in the TV series to be directly based on the celebrity they are played by.
