I feel like you're right.

I bet it’s going to be in some limbo between the 90s/RA canon and not canon at the same time. Like a generic timeline with Val teaching and Phoebe still at WES, just like in the pre-5th grade years of the 90s/RA canon before Fiona got hired. But it’s nice to know that the movie’s development phase is reaching its end.

Also, I doubt that it will be related to Mighty Explorers, the latest series (that makes the other two look better).

That must have been 360! The Rides Again we never got. I like the design of WES and the Bus and how they’re very futuristic (fitting of TMSB360).

We should’ve gotten this Bus over Albie.

The kids are also cool too! They should have kept the R on Ralphie’s hat! And Liz, who looks very Pascal-like here.

TMSB’s wiki has been open since July 2008 and was adopted by me in October 2020. Since my adoption I’ve been carrying out my vision. I want to grow this simple wiki into a top-notch, complete-ish encyclopedia of The Magic School Bus, but due to my being busy with things such as school and work (and my ongoing 1080p remaster project for MSB ‘94), decreased motivation to summarize RA episodes, and my interests dwindling and rotating, growing the wiki in recent years has become quite a struggle.

Right. Scholastic is probably only focused on ‘94 and ME for now.

Next will be Gets Lost in Space, Going Batty, Shows and Tells, and Meets Molly Cule!

My plan is one episode from each season in 13 days now. This batch is Kicks Up a Storm, Holiday Special, Cold Feet, and Cracks a Yolk.

Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out how to losslessly deinterlace a 29.97i video while preserving the 60p frames (like in the Microsoft [Home] and Corporation for Public Broadcasting sections of the funding credits, because they look choppy when I use the normal AVISynth script that I've been using with Warner/NewVideo back when I had them as episode sources to detelecine them into the show itself's native 23.976p) and not making the 23.976p frames of the episode too choppy or having duplicated frames or jagged artifacts (like on every streaming platform that isn't Netflix) from something like YADIF or bobbing. Cause I want the cleanest source possible when I put my Korean DVD footage into Topaz for upscaling.

On the MSBPBS page on the 30th anniversary (or after it) you probably noticed I uploaded the PBS rerun version of the Holiday Special (as seen on the HS and Shows and Tells master tapes). This is the first episode I did with the Korean DVDs because of how elusive it is to find this version of it in good quality post-S2-4's Netflix takedown with few compression artifacts (unfortunately the Warner version has a lot of artifacts on their Season 3 stuff including this one). l It's a nice clean source.

And sidenote: I have all the Netflix S1-4 episodes preserved (this is where Kirbylover3006iloveyou's YT reuploads come from), but I am not using them because they are kind of cropped a bit and they are in 432p instead of 480i.

And so we wait for the two most anticipated projects in the franchise: the movie and the new series.
